- You don't have to go nuts, you can enable connection sound quite
- easily (you would't get the dialing sound though). Just pick the
- driver for the external version of the modem: 288XF (or something like
- that) from the inf file included with the firmware upgrade. Works
- great! According to the Cardinal tech it's a good temporary solution
- until they make a new driver for 288I because these modems are
- identical.
