  27. You don't have to go nuts, you can enable connection sound quite
  28. easily (you would't get the dialing sound though). Just pick the
  29. driver for the external version of the modem: 288XF (or something like
  30. that) from the inf file included with the firmware upgrade. Works
  31. great! According to the Cardinal tech it's a good temporary solution
  32. until they make a new driver for 288I because these modems are
  33. identical.
